Nocino Walnut Liqueur
A midsummer harvest of unripe green walnuts are transformed through a slow maceration with spices and citrus to create a dark, rich and aromatic liqueur.
Sweet, warming and woody with a slight tannic bitterness, expect the flavours of toasted walnuts, cinnamon and vanilla, balanced with the brightness of fresh citrus peel.
Try it in a Walnut and Plum Negroni or a Walnut Alexander.
As our products are seasonal, there may be slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour from batch to batch. Some natural sediment may also be present.
