Ingredients
- 60 mL Amber Bitter Aperitivo
- 60 mL pineapple juice
- Tonic water
- Lime wedge, to garnish
- Pineapple spear, to garnish
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in Amber Bitter Aperitivo and pineapple juice. Top with tonic water and a squeeze of lime. Drop in the squeezed lime wedge and garnish with a pineapple spear.
