Ingredients
- 90 mL sparkling wine
- 30 mL Davo Plum Aperitivo Bitters
- 15 mL soda water
- Orange peel, to garnish
Instructions
Pour sparkling wine, Davo Plum Aperitivo Bitters and soda water over plenty of ice in a large wine glass, and garnish with orange peel.
