Ingredients
- 60 mL Quandong Gin
- 30 mL fresh lemon juice
- 5 mL sugar syrup
- 125 mL sparkling wine
- Peach wedge, to garnish
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the Quandong Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake, then strain into a glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a wedge of fresh peach.
