Ingredients
- 60 mL Peppermint Gum Gin
- 30 mL fresh lemon juice
- 15 mL sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Lemon wedge, to garnish
- Luxardo cherry, to garnish
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in Peppermint Gum Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge and Luxardo cherry.
