  • 60 mL Peppermint Gum Gin
  • 30 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 15 mL sugar syrup
  • Soda water
  • Lemon wedge, to garnish
  • Luxardo cherry, to garnish


Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in Peppermint Gum Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon wedge and Luxardo cherry.
