Returns & Refunds Policy
An order may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund only if prior to the item being dispatched. All our products are guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us on hello@autonomydistillers.com.au or call +61 〔0〕 415 355 095 during normal business hours. We will arrange a refund or replacement depending on your circumstance.
  If requesting a return or refund, you may be asked to provide personal information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return.
  Please note that all distilled spirits in Australia carry excise which is a significant portion of the product cost. In order to provide a refund, the contents of the bottle must be returned so that it may be destroyed and the excise component of the purchase voided under Australian excise laws.
