Añejo Highball
Hailing from the Rainbow Room in New York City circa 1997, the Añejo Highball was created by Dale Degroff as a homage to the Holy Trinity of Cuban cocktails flavours—curaçao, lime, and rum. Our version uses ORANGE Triple Sec to amp up the pure, oily orange aroma in this modern classic.
Ingredients
45mL rum
20mL ORANGE Triple Sec
15mL lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
60mL ginger beer
Garnish
Orange peel
Glass
Highball glass
Method
① Pour rum, ORANGE Triple Sec, lime juice, and Angostura bitters over ice into a rocks glass ② Stir and top with ginger beer ③ Garnish with orange peel.
