    MYRTLE Amaro

    Regular price $69.00

Cinnamon, anise, and lemon myrtles. Lemon-scented gum. Mountain pepper. Bittersweet and deeply aromatic, MYRTLE Amaro blends native Australian botanicals to create a complex and nostalgic aperitivo that tastes like home. Inspired by the complexity of traditional Italian amaros, MYRTLE Amaro layers warming cinnamon and anise myrtles with the bright citrus notes of lemon myrtle and lemon-scented gum. Mountain pepper adds a lingering heat on the finish, adding a subtle complexity.
Our MYRTLE Amaro is perfect to sip before or after a meal, and is equally suited to a Paper Plane, Lantern Fly, or Myrtle Old Fashioned.

As our products are seasonal, there may be slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour from batch to batch. Some natural sediment may also be present. Once opened, store in a cool dark place.

    700mL, 30% ABV

    Best Amaro ever

I came to Australia a few yearsago, from Italy, and I was missing the taste of home, the taste of an Amaro after dinner, chilling on the couch.
I found Autonomy Amaro by chance one day in a store and from there I never left them.
Even though after a while I was able to find other good Amaro brands from Italy, I still prefer Autonomy Amaro.
Me and my partner indulge in a glass of Amaro with a big block of ice and a piece of dark chocolate, many many times! We love it. Highly recommended!

    Amazing

My wife and I traveled to Rome and found a taste for Amaro. It has been seven years searching trying to find something similar. Either taste or smell was a disappointment nothing came close. Until a chance restaurant visit in Ballarat and we found it and it is native Australian. Expect many more orders from us, your Amaro is amazing.
