Walnut Manhattan
The Walnut Manhattan is our take on a Black Manhattan—a modern classic that mixes amaro, bourbon, and bitters. Using WALNUT Amaro alongside a solid rye whiskey, allows the flavours of cinnamon and anise myrtle flavours to open the cocktail, followed by the freshness of lemon scented gum and hints of menthol, with a burnt toffee bitterness to round out the finish. Although traditionally served in a Nick & Nora glass, the complex expression of Australian botanicals benefit from being warmed by hand heat—so try pouring into a glass that you can wrap your hands around to warm the spirits, and enjoy around a campfire on a cold winters night.
